Every outing delivers a unique experience. Join us at Sandy Bay for a relaxed SUP in the stunning sheltered bay. The morning paddles provide ideal conditions to view the spectacular Rock monolith which dominates the landscape and to view the sun rising over the Mediterranean sea.
In2Adventures is a recognised British Stand Up Paddleboarding Association School with fully trained instructors and high-quality equipment. All levels and ages are welcome, from beginners to experts.

“SUP" Lesson
Join us for a beginner SUP session to learn the basics from kneeling and to finally stand up paddle boarding. Once you have completed this session, you are able to join on other more advanced SUP adventures such as the Sunset and the SUP safari around the stunning southerly coastline of Gibraltar. This session is for people who are keen to develop paddling skills, learn the correct techniques and keep safe on the water.
SUP Certificate included for completing the lesson.

The perfect way to explore Gibraltar’s hidden secrets & the amazing wildlife that inhabits our stunning shores.
Dolphins:
Our safari route is the play ground for many pods of dolphins, more often than not we are joined & when this happens it's simply magical. Participants must have swimming ability and have basic kayaking/paddling experience or have completed the beginner SUP lesson.

Whatever the occasion this is the perfect activity for 2 to 8 guests. Sandy Bay provides the perfect sheltered environment for a rememberable, fun filled experience. Children under 16 must be accompanied on the water by a responsible adult

This is a great family activity with options to hire a monster paddle board and to snorkel over the reef. For the more adventurous, our guided SUP Safari explores the spectacular southerly coastline of the Rock.

- You can pay by Bank transfer in sterling (GBP) to our Gibraltar International Bank Account: IN2ADVENTURES LIMITED Account No. 00610001 Sort Code 60-83-14 or via credit card or cash on the beach on the day.
- WHERE DO WE MEET?
- At Sandy Bay on the East side of the Rock. The In2adventures Activity Centre is located In the middle of Sandy Bay Beach 900m past Caletan Bay.
- IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
- In the Summer months parking is difficult around Sandy Bay, there is limited parking available on Sir Herbert Mile Road in designated areas (please read the parking signs). Another option is to park at Catalan Bay and walk the 1km to Sandy bay. However, there is a very good bus service (No. 4 and 8) that runs from the Market place to Sandy Bay (www.gibraltarbuscompany.gi)
- WHAT KIT AND EQUIPMENT DO YOU PROVIDE?
- We pride ourselves with high quality and well-maintained kit. We provide inflatable and rigid paddleboards, leashes and paddles for you to use. We have buoyancy aids for all sizes if required.
- HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?
- To Stand up Paddleboard, you will need to have a simple level of fitness and basic swimming ability, buoyancy aids are available.
- DO I NEED TO BE INSURED TO TAKE PART IN ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES?
- We strongly recommend you take out insurance against cancellation and accident and personal injury.
- WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE THAT CAN COME SUPING?
- Children who are aged 6 and upwards who have basic swimming ability and parents/guardian’s permission.
- WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
- Optional water bottle (NO single use plastic bottles please as we care about protecting the environment) Personal medication(s) Change of warm clothes and footwear (before and after paddle boarding), Spare set of underwear Swimwear or shorts, towel, Sun cream
- CAN I BRING AND USE MY OWN KIT AND EQUIPMENT?
- Yes, providing it is suitable.
- WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
- You’ll need to arrive at least 10 minutes before your session’s start time. We cannot accommodate late-comers as it affects the session for other customers on the SUP experience. Remember parking may be difficult in the Summer and if coming from Spain that the Frontier queue can vary.
- DO SESSIONS EVER GET CANCELLED?
- We will cancel, if we deem conditions to be unsuitable (e.g. very strong winds, fast fluvial flows, etc.), but we are not put off by a bit of rain or wind. If your session is cancelled by us, you will have an option to reschedule or a refund. We also occasionally postpone due to Jellyfish. The refund will be subject to a fee of 10% of the booking. However, we try to work together to find a solution.

- Full refund if notice of cancellation has been received at least 24 hours before the activity.
